The Gund Company (TGC) is expanding its multi-facility distribution network and seeking a Director of Distribution and Expansion to lead, scale, and evolve a high-impact business segment driving the future of our company. As the Director of Distribution and Expansion, you will: Lead the growth of TGC’s enterprise-wide distribution activities. Lead business development, sales, and supplier strategies across facilities. Influence multi-site distribution operations, optimizing cost, efficiency, and inventory performance. Partner with senior leadership to integrate new acquisitions and expand distribution capabilities. What You will Lead: Strategic execution of TGC’s distribution strategy. Integration and scaling of new distribution activities. Network expansion, freight efficiency, and inventory performance. Cross-functional leadership across Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain & Operations. What Success Looks Like: Build a scalable, unified distribution model. Drive volume-based growth and customer penetration. Improve cost structure, margin profile, and inventory accuracy. Requirements

  • Minumum 10 years experience in distribution, logistics, or operations leadership; managing or growing multi-site distribution/logistics operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or another related field.
  • Strong P&L management, forecasting, and financial leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience in distribution expansion, warehouse optimization, and network design.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across supply chain, sales, business development, and operations.
  • Exposure to hybrid manufacturing/distribution environments.
  • Strategic agility & decision quality.
