About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Director of Digital Hospitality Experience to shape the future of workplace dining and experience for one of our most strategic global clients. This role sits at the intersection of digital transformation, program design, innovation, and visual storytelling—ensuring great ideas are designed clearly, communicated effectively, and adopted at scale across regions. You will define how thousands of people interact with programs, services, digital tools, and experience touchpoints every day. That means exploring emerging trends, translating insights into scalable solutions, leveraging user analytics, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll look across the full ecosystem—services, environments, digital platforms, and physical touchpoints—to identify opportunities to elevate, streamline, and innovate through data‑driven decision making and reporting as well as data‑driven optimization. This is a strategic, creative leadership role, not an operational one. You’ll champion new ideas, elevate the user experience, and introduce fresh thinking that reimagines how people connect with workplace dining and service programs. Your work will influence everything from digital content and analytics to program frameworks, service models, and the way our brand identity shows up across the client’s operations.

Requirements

  • Program design and innovation expertise within complex or multi‑region environments
  • Digital platform fluency with strong skills in analytics, reporting, and technology‑enabled experience delivery
  • Exceptional visual storytelling including concept design, graphic design, and toolkit creation
  • Ability to translate insights into scalable, intuitive, easy‑to‑implement programs
  • Cross‑functional collaboration strength with operators, designers, client partners, and SMEs
  • Strategic, creative mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and introduce fresh thinking
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 5 years Minimum Functional Experience in developing and implementing organizational efficiency initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable programs by translating insights, trends, and client priorities into clear, actionable solutions
  • Lead digital experience strategy across content management, community engagement, operational excellence, and reporting
  • Create compelling narratives through storytelling, graphics, decks, and toolkits that drive clarity and adoption
  • Partner cross‑functionally with client teams, operators, designers, and SMEs to refine concepts and ensure successful deployment
  • Establish program standards through frameworks, documentation, and guidelines that ensure consistency across regions
  • Champion user experience by evaluating current‑state interactions and shaping intuitive, engaging future‑state journeys
