The Role AspenTech is looking for a Director of Digital Experience to own and evolve the company's web presence across corporate, product, and customer-facing properties. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and sits at the intersection of brand, lead generation, user journeys and technology, working cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Product and customer-facing organizations. The right candidate has done this before in a B2B environment, knows what it takes to run a web program at scale, and is comfortable operating where strategy meets execution. What You'll Work On This role is responsible for elevating AspenTech's web presence to match the company's market position as a leader in asset optimization software and industrial AI. That means owning the full user journey across digital properties, from first visit to conversion, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand with clarity and purpose. Day to day, you'll translate web analytics into prioritized action, lead a roadmap of UX and content improvements, and build the scalable infrastructure that supports demand generation at a global scale. You'll also serve as the primary point of accountability for digital performance metrics, bringing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to Marketing leadership.
