Director of Digital Growth and AI

Total Warehouse•Anaheim, CA

About The Position

Total Warehouse is seeking a digital growth leader to make TotalWarehouse.com a source of market authority, qualified demand, and measurable revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Digital Growth and AI owns the strategy and operating system for website growth, SEO, AI-search visibility, competitive intelligence, content authority, conversion optimization, marketing automation, and digital demand generation. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on evaluating performance, setting priorities, testing ideas, measuring results, and building the internal team and external resources needed to scale. The role will develop Total Warehouse’s digital authority across material handling, fleet lifecycle management, asset management, warehouse automation, service, rentals, parts, batteries and lithium solutions, training, and related technologies. It will grow qualified opportunities and sales pipeline, improve organic and local search and AI-answer visibility, and establish a reliable scorecard connecting digital investment to leads, opportunities, pipeline, revenue, and market position. The Director will own TotalWarehouse.com as a measurable business asset; create a multi-year growth roadmap; direct digital experiences and ongoing optimization; lead SEO, content authority, AI-enabled workflows, and demand generation; establish competitive benchmarking; and build a scalable operating model with clear priorities, accountability, team and partner management, and performance reporting. The position partners with Sales, Operations, IT, business-unit leaders, and subject-matter experts. First-year work includes an initial audit and roadmap, launching high-impact improvements and reporting, then scaling successful programs and strengthening attribution and investment planning.
