About The Position

Entegris is seeking a Director, AI and Digital Enablement to join its MS Business Operations team. The MS site is preferred, but the location is flexible. This strategic leader will develop and drive the division’s digital strategy, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Working closely with R&D, product development, IT, and business unit leaders, the Director will identify, prioritize, and operationalize AI and ML opportunities that improve efficiency, elevate decision quality, and accelerate growth. The role establishes the strategic direction and scalable practices for developing, deploying, and governing AI and digital solutions. It translates emerging capabilities into practical solutions embedded in business operations and workflows, while ensuring initiatives are resourced, monitored, and managed to achieve their intended value. The Director will build and mentor AI talent, raise AI fluency, lead adoption and change management, and champion responsible and trustworthy AI practices. Success requires hands-on AI expertise, strategic and business acumen, and the ability to lead change and align efforts with business growth and value creation.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrated hands-on experience building and deploying AI and machine learning solutions, such as ML models, generative AI, agents, copilots, and intelligent automation.
Fluency with modern AI tooling and platforms.
Proven ability to develop and execute digital and AI strategies from vision through operational delivery.
Ability to establish direction and priorities, listen effectively, energize others, communicate clearly, and influence across functions and regions.
Understanding of P&L, risk assessment, and decision-making; strategic and systems mindset; experience building ROI models for technology and digital investments.
Track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working across teams.
Experience in advanced manufacturing or technology industries is required.
Proficiency with data analytics, a programming language such as Python or equivalent, and ML frameworks.
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives or projects with cross-functional team members; comfortable with ambiguity and working through issues.
Ability to travel 25–50%.

Proficient to advanced knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development or automation.
Experience with agent platforms and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI Agent Builder.
Experience in semiconductor, advanced materials, manufacturing, or global supply chain environments.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI/Copilot, SAP, and ServiceNow.
Relevant certifications in product management, AI/ML, or cloud.
Experience with Agile and modern product operating models.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the division’s digital and AI/ML strategy, including the roadmap, priorities, and standards for adoption.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact AI, digital, and machine learning use cases; develop business cases and ROI models to guide investment.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, including predictive models, automation, agents, and copilots embedded in daily operations.
Establish AI governance, standards, and responsible-AI practices, including data quality, security, model validation, and ethical use.
Partner with IT and data teams on the infrastructure, pipelines, and tools needed to make projects scalable, sustainable, and production-ready.
Build working relationships with functional partners to align prioritization, resources, adoption, and change management for initiatives.
Build, mentor, and inspire AI talent; raise AI fluency and champion new ways of working across teams.
Define sustainable KPIs to track AI adoption, model performance, efficiency gains, and value delivered.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, Legal, and Supply Chain to accomplish business objectives.
Develop division-level processes and practices for resourcing, monitoring, and ensuring the success of AI and digital projects.
