AgeSpan is seeking a Director of Development (DOD) to lead and strengthen its fundraising program in partnership with senior leadership, staff, and board members. The DOD is responsible for leading the development, implementation, coordination, and expansion of AgeSpan's fundraising program. This role works closely with the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to align development and fundraising functions with AgeSpan's strategic plan, ensuring the organization's vision, core values, and culture are reflected in the overall strategy.
