Director of Demand Generation

NexHealth•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

NexHealth is building infrastructure that connects fragmented healthcare systems and supports software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences. The Director of Demand Generation will own NexHealth’s pipeline number and build the demand system that supports it. The current demand engine is primarily designed for the SMB motion, while enterprise demand, forecasting, and reporting across audiences are still developing. This role will strengthen existing programs and build new capabilities, bringing demand generation, marketing operations, and events together as an accountable system. The Director will develop and deliver a multi-channel demand plan against MQL and pipeline targets, supported by bottoms-up channel forecasts. The role will establish distinct strategies for SMB, enterprise groups and DSOs, and developers and digital health companies using NexHealth’s API. It will manage channel investment, launch the company’s first ABM program, and make events accountable to pipeline outcomes. The Director will own marketing operations and data integrity, partnering with Revenue Operations on end-to-end lead flow and with Finance and executive leadership on channel models and assumptions. The role will lead and develop a Demand Generation Manager and an Events Lead, determine future team needs, and manage agency partners against defined briefs and performance standards. Close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and company leadership is central to the position.
