About The Position

SiTime is seeking a Director of Corporate Operations to lead transformation, process discipline, and operational rigor as the company scales. Reporting to the SVP of Corporate Operations, this senior, highly visible role drives major cross-functional initiatives from concept through completion, including ERP deployment, quote-to-cash transformation, and acquisition integration. The Director is expected to be effective both in executive discussions and hands-on execution, leading primarily through influence and mobilizing teams whose members report elsewhere in the organization. The role is based in Santa Clara, California, with cross-functional reach into APAC and EMEA as initiatives require. It partners with senior leadership and functional leaders to translate strategy into operating plans, build scalable operating models, deliver business process improvements, and secure organizational adoption of new systems and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate operations, transformation, or program leadership, including 7+ years at director level or above.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation or operational excellence initiatives; ideally including ERP deployment, business process redesign, or M&A integration.
  • Track record of delivering results through influence and leading large cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to work credibly with senior leadership while remaining hands-on with execution teams.
  • Experience building process and structure in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent program and stakeholder management skills, including ability to lead multiple concurrent, high-stakes initiatives.
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with judgment to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in a publicly traded semiconductor, hardware, or technology company.
  • Formal change management certification, such as Prosci/ADKAR, or process excellence credential such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Direct experience with ERP implementation, such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, or quote-to-cash transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of major cross-functional initiatives, including ERP deployment, quote-to-cash redesign, and acquisition integration, from business case through rollout and adoption.
  • Define program structures, milestones, and governance for initiatives spanning functions and geographies.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for stalled initiatives and direct resolution across functional owners.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve enterprise business processes.
  • Establish KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks to sustain process improvements after go-live.
  • Identify and prioritize operational gaps and inefficiencies, translating them into improvement roadmaps.
  • Build consensus and drive execution across Finance, IT, Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other functions without formal authority over team members.
  • Mobilize and coordinate large, matrixed project teams and align functional leaders on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs.
  • Lead change management planning, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
  • Drive organizational readiness and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working; anticipate and address resistance to change.
  • Advise the SVP of Corporate Operations and senior leadership on initiative prioritization, sequencing, and risk.
  • Translate executive strategy into operating plans and program roadmaps, and provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Bring structure and discipline to functions and processes that have outgrown their current state.
  • Partner with functional leaders to develop scalable operating models that anticipate future growth.
