This role provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the Corporate & Foundation Relations (CFR) team. It involves establishing clear annual goals, KPIs, and professional development plans for each team member, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and strategic discipline. The position ensures alignment and collaboration with frontline major gifts, planned giving, donor relations, Marketing and Communications, and hospital executives. The Director will develop and execute multi-year strategic plans for corporate, foundation, and CMN fundraising that support institutional strategic priorities. This includes overseeing the creation of tailored cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for corporate and foundation donors, directing the corporate pipeline, and overseeing the foundation strategy. The role also involves leading annual planning and forecasting for CFR and CMN revenue, tracking progress to goals, and overseeing the CMN program to ensure strong year-over-year revenue growth. Additionally, the Director will serve as a primary partner to clinical and administrative leaders, collaborate with various departments to match hospital priorities with funding opportunities, and lead systematic prospecting to identify new funders. The position requires representing the institution as a senior ambassador, cultivating a personal portfolio of high-value prospects, and ensuring ethical standards and compliance.
