Serve as the Chief Conduct Officer for the College, including serving as the hearing officer for high and complex-level cases, as an appeal officer for cases heard by other hearing officers, and as Chair of the Title IX Conduct Hearing Board. Responsible for developing protocols, processes, and associated training materials for the community standards process, including but not limited to reviewing all incident reports, creating and assigning cases to hearing officers, updating the Maxient system reporting features, and conducting training for hearing officers and board members. Responsible for assessing the conduct process and reporting trends. Must remain up-to-date on new laws and regulations that impact the administration of student conduct policies. Serve as a member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team. Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to degrees attained, experience, and other considerations permitted by law.
