About The Position

Anchor Bay Pocasset, managed by Senior Living Residences, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations. This role is responsible for all sales and outreach activities to achieve and exceed sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. The Director will develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plan and conduct presentations showcasing services and programs, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents. The ideal candidate will position Anchor Bay Pocasset as a leader in the Assisted Living industry by educating the community on the aging process and helping families find supportive home environments focused on resident quality of life.

Nice To Haves
