Concord Park is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Director of Community Relations to be responsible for all sales and outreach activities to achieve and exceed sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy. The Director of Community Relations will develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and community partners, plan and conduct presentations showcasing services and innovative programs, and ensure a smooth transition for new residents throughout the sales/move-in process. The ideal candidate will position themselves and Concord Park as a leader in the Assisted Living industry, educating the community on the aging process and enabling families to find a supportive home environment focused on Resident Quality of Life.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all sales and outreach activities and results necessary to achieve and exceed the community’s sales and move-in goals, continuously maximizing occupancy.

  • Ensures a smooth transition for new residents throughout the entire sales/move-in process.
  • Positions themselves and Concord Park as a leader in the Assisted Living industry.
