About The Position

Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest independent Medicare-certified home health provider, is seeking a Director of Clinical Services, Registered Nurse (RN) for their Orlando branch. This role is responsible for the clinical leadership of the location, ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of all patient care. The company has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades and is looking for an experienced RN to join their award-winning team.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a National League for Nursing–accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum two years of management or supervisory experience in home health.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
• Strong ability to manage high levels of stress.
• Excellent observation, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft applications, EMR systems, and technology.

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and staff supervision for the branch.
• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Manage HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance at the branch level.
• Oversee OASIS accuracy and clinical episode management.
• Directly supervise clinical managers and field clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare CoPs, accreditation standards, and state regulations.
• Execute QAPI plan approval and implementation, maintaining a continuous survey-ready posture with documented mock-surveys.
• Monitor OASIS accuracy, care planning, and visit utilization.
• Drive branch-level HHVBP and HHCAHPS performance improvement.
• Provide case mentoring, clinical coaching, and competency oversight.
• Lead branch QAPI activities and outcome improvement plans.
• Partner with Operations leadership on staffing capacity and productivity.
