Position Details: Clinical Incident & Complaint Management Incident aging and closure time. Complaint response timeliness and resolution effectiveness. Achievement of established service-level agreements (SLAs) for clinical incident investigations and complaint management. Escalation response performance and timely engagement of appropriate stakeholders. Quality and completeness of documentation, investigation findings, and follow-up actions. Quality, Risk & Corrective Action Management Timely completion and effectiveness of corrective-action plans. Reduction in repeat audit findings, clinical incidents, and preventable quality events. Audit performance, findings management, and recurrence prevention. Quarterly trend analysis and implementation of preventive and quality-improvement actions. DNR, clinical-event, and complaint trend reporting with actionable recommendations. Joint Commission & Accreditation Readiness Continuous readiness for Joint Commission Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) certification. Successful management of accreditation surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews. Timely resolution of accreditation findings and corrective actions. Clinical Governance & Regulatory Compliance Compliance with Illinois Supervising RN requirements and all applicable clinical-designation responsibilities.
