About The Position

As the Director of Channels, you will manage and develop a team of sales representatives to enable them to achieve and succeed their sales goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Channel Sales or Channel Management role in the HCM industry
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience producing measurable results of influenced revenue or Channel Sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required
  • Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop a team of Regional Channel Managers to support strategic external Partnerships and the core sources of revenue for our business
  • Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results
  • Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance
  • Develop business plans with each Partner and ensure their successful execution
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control
  • Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with Partners
  • Drive a culture based on teamwork and collaboration with accountability
