Requirements

  • Proven leadership in catering and events within premium hospitality, corporate dining, hotels, or large‑scale event environments
  • Expertise in event design and execution with a passion for creating memorable, high‑touch experiences
  • Exceptional client‑facing skills with the ability to build trust, anticipate needs, and communicate with clarity and confidence
  • Operational and financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and vendor oversight
  • A hospitality‑first leadership style that inspires teams and sets a tone of warmth, professionalism, and excellence
  • Adaptability and composure to thrive in a dynamic, high‑expectation tech environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years Management Experience
  • Minimum 5 years Functional Experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full catering and events program including strategy, planning, execution, and post‑event evaluation
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for all catering and event needs, ensuring alignment, trust, and proactive communication
  • Design and execute elevated event experiences that reflect the client’s culture, brand, and workplace expectations
  • Partner cross‑functionally with culinary leadership to deliver chef‑driven menus and premium hospitality moments
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team across planning, production, service, and event operations
  • Oversee operational and financial performance including forecasting, budgeting, labor planning, and vendor management
  • Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and a commitment to innovation and excellence
