About The Position

We’re hiring a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks who wants to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular program while advancing quality, growth, and patient care. You’ll step into a hospital leadership role focused on cardiovascular operations, strategic planning, quality, physician collaboration, and program development. You’ll have meaningful autonomy while partnering with executive leadership and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director.

Requirements

• You currently serve as a Director of Cardiovascular Services
• You have led cardiovascular services within a 300+ bed hospital
• You bring at least 5 years of cardiovascular experience, with significant leadership experience
• You have structural heart experience and strong leadership skills
• You hold an active California RN license or qualifying ARRT/California radiologic technologist credentials
• You hold a college degree

Nice To Haves

• MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead cardiovascular services within a 380+ bed acute care environment
• Direct leadership responsibility for cardiovascular operations and quality
• Significant involvement in structural heart services and program growth
• Partner directly with physicians and executive leadership
• Oversee strategic planning, capital planning, and operational budgets
• Support key cardiovascular, STEMI, chest pain, and stroke quality initiatives
