About The Position

Memorial Medical Center (MMC) is a LifePoint Acute Care 199-bed medical/surgical teaching hospital located in sunny Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Cardiovascular Service Line Director is responsible for directing all aspects of Cardiovascular operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, preparing and maintaining accreditation, and accountability for the program's budget and productivity. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Seven years healthcare experience
• At least three years’ experience in a leadership role
• Previous leadership, program development, budget and productivity, and clinical experience required
• Strong human relations and interpersonal skills
• Current NM RN license
• BLS, ACLS required

Nice To Haves

• MSN, Healthcare Administration, and MBA strongly preferred
• Experience working in a for-profit hospital strongly preferred
