Director of Business Workshops

Acquisition.comLas Vegas, NV
$180,000 - $260,000Onsite

About The Position

The Director of Business Workshops exists to help founders find the one constraint holding their business back and fix it faster than they could alone. Acquisition.com has the frameworks and the access. The hard part is not information. The hard part is helping a founder see what they cannot see about their own business, and getting them to focus scarce resources on the single bottleneck that actually unlocks growth. This is a performance role, and we treat it like a professional sport. Workshops are the performance and preparation is everything. You are not a coach handing out generic advice, and you are not a speaker reading slides. You diagnose live, in front of the room, and you challenge founders in service of their growth. You are also here fully. You are not running an outside company on the side. You will present workshops on stage within your first 30 days.
