About The Position

As the Director of Business Systems, you will lead the strategic partnership, solution delivery, and operational ownership of corporate and shared services technologies across the organization. You will work directly with teams across Sales & Growth, Corporate Finance, Talent, Operations, Brand, and Information Technology to improve how work is performed through workflow optimization, system alignment, data enablement, and practical use of technology. This role focuses on improving how work gets done—streamlining workflows, aligning systems, and enabling teams to leverage technology effectively. You will drive both transformation initiatives and ensure the ongoing health, performance, and value of enterprise platforms. Periodic travel will be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum ten years’ experience in a related position.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in management, supervisory, or leadership role.
  • Strong experience partnering with business functions to improve processes and systems.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and HR systems.
  • Experience with data management and governance practices.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, people-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with shared services leaders to understand business processes, needs, and challenges.
  • Analyze, design, and deliver scalable solutions that integrate systems, automate and improve workflows, and increase efficiency while reducing manual effort across systems and teams.
  • Enhance how employees access shared services information through improved workflows and self-service capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional solution design to align technology with business needs.
  • Establish consistent and scalable approaches to intake, coordination, and execution of work.
  • Drive long-term value realization from technology investments.
  • Align systems and workflows to support enterprise data integration, governance, knowledge management, AI enablement, and analytics.
