About The Position

Alliance North America (ANA) is a growing and scaling company headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, seeking a Director of Business Process & Systems for an onsite position. ANA is the sole North American supplier of AIRMAN Power Generators, AIRMAN Air Compressors, and ANA’s patented EBOSS® Hybrid Energy System and Smart load bank system. The Director of Business Process & Systems will be responsible for designing and governing ANA’s end-to-end business processes and ensuring their implementation across the company’s core technology platforms. This role will establish a unified process architecture across all departments, ensuring departmental decisions support downstream workflows and system integrity. The objective is to create a coherent operating model supported by well-integrated enterprise systems to enable efficient scaling. This role requires strong leadership in cross-departmental change, influencing teams, and ensuring full adoption of new processes and systems. The position is fully onsite in Henderson, Nevada, with a weekday work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reporting to the VP of Finance and IT.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, information systems, or related fields.
  • 10–15+ years leading enterprise process transformation, ERP architecture, or operational systems implementation.
  • Demonstrated success driving cross-functional change in organizations where processes span multiple departments and systems.
  • Experience implementing or rescuing ERP/CRM transformations where adoption, governance, and workflow discipline were required across teams.
  • Strong experience aligning ERP (Business Central or similar), CRM (Salesforce or similar), and operational systems into a coherent operating model.
  • Proven ability to navigate organizational resistance and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise operational workflows across finance, operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and support.
  • Experience translating business processes into system architecture across ERP, CRM, and enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, system integrations, and enterprise reporting environments (e.g., Power BI).
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

  • Experience operating in manufacturing, operationally complex, or rapidly scaling companies strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Map and document ANA’s core end-to-end workflows, including Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacture-to-Ship, Inventory Management, Record-to-Report, and Employee Lifecycle.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-department failure points.
  • Translate business processes into documented system workflows across ANA’s technology stack, including MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce, Finance, operations, HR and reporting platforms (including Power BI), integration and automation tools, and master data and permission governance structures.
  • Establish governance for how processes are created, modified, and maintained.
  • Evaluate departmental process changes for downstream operational and system impacts and facilitate alignment between departments.
  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, standardization, and system optimization.
  • Reduce manual workarounds and process delays.
  • Improve the quality and consistency of operational and financial data.
  • Improve effective use of core platforms such as Business Central and Salesforce.
  • Partner with leadership and teams to ensure processes are correctly executed within systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to support the adoption of improved workflows.
  • Review, verify, and approve employee timesheets, sick time, paid time off (PTO), and floating holiday requests in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies, payroll schedules, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Evaluate and manage time-off approvals with consideration for maintaining appropriate staffing levels to support operational needs and quality output.
  • Resolve discrepancies, address timekeeping issues, and coordinate with payroll as needed to ensure accurate and timely pay processing.
  • Actively manage employee performance by maintaining ongoing documentation related to skills, performance trends, development progress, and compliance.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and goal alignment.
  • Utilize documented insights to support annual performance reviews, performance management processes, succession planning, and informed management decision-making, including identifying high-potential talent and workforce readiness.
