Currently led by the founders and the next generation, the Group employs approximately 1500 people across 5 global locations, focusing on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment within the beauty category. PCA comprises multiple subsidiaries, each with distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structures. The Director of Business Development & Omnichannel Growth is expected to possess a deep understanding of the beauty industry, brand partnerships, distribution models, and omnichannel retail. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to transform new opportunities into tangible business successes. The ideal candidate is a proactive business builder adept at managing both relationships and execution. This individual should excel at opening doors, fostering trust, identifying viable business opportunities, negotiating effectively, and ensuring seamless execution post-deal approval. The Director must be strategic, hands-on, organized, professional, and comfortable thriving in a dynamic environment. Key attributes include energy, strong follow-up skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, sales, operations, purchasing, ecommerce, marketing, finance, logistics, and account management teams.
