About The Position

As the Director of Brand at Feastables, you will own end-to-end brand performance, including portfolio strategy, positioning, and business outcomes across revenue, margin, and growth. This role is responsible for defining where the brand competes, how it wins, and how it scales profitably over time. You will lead cross-functional decisions across product, pricing, and distribution to ensure the brand is competitive in-market and aligned to business goals. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute against a clear growth roadmap. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within CPG or consumer businesses
  • Direct ownership of brand or category P&L performance
  • Experience leading portfolio strategy, including product mix, pricing, and innovation
  • Proven ability to translate consumer insights into business and product decisions
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across supply chain, sales, finance, and marketing
  • Experience making trade-offs between growth, margin, and brand equity
  • Ability to operate with high ownership and accountability for business outcomes
  • Clear, structured communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Passion and knowledge of the creator / social media space

Responsibilities

  • Steward P&L performance, including revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Closely collaborate with the Brand Equity/Communications lead to sharpen brand and product positioning, architecture, and portfolio strategy
  • Lead annual and long-term brand planning aligned to company strategy
  • Define seasonal and LTO strategies in close collaboration with sales leadership and commercial teams
  • Partner with innovation teams to shape future product roadmap and pipeline
  • Set pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with finance and sales
  • Ensure alignment between brand strategy and distribution/channel strategy
  • Establish clear brand KPIs and track performance across financial and consumer metrics
  • Drive cross-functional decision-making on priorities, trade-offs, and investments for long term growth
  • Manage brand investment and resource allocation to maximize ROI
