About The Position

Salad and Go is seeking a Director, Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand equity, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This role will oversee brand strategy, campaign development, content creation, and partnerships, ensuring consistency across all channels while supporting the company’s mission and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Director of Brand Marketing or similar leadership role, preferably in the restaurant, QSR, retail, or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing brand marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and customer analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to strengthen brand identity and equity.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints, including in-store, digital, and traditional channels.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch product promotions, seasonal offerings, and other initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and distribution of creative assets, ensuring alignment with the brand’s mission and values.
  • Build and execute strategies to deepen customer engagement and foster a strong connection with the brand.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to tailor messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with loyalty program teams to create initiatives that enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure the brand’s digital presence reflects its values and resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and leverage new technologies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, organizations, and stakeholders that align with the brand’s mission.
  • Lead community engagement initiatives to promote brand advocacy and support local markets.
  • Manage sponsorships and collaborations that drive brand awareness and positive PR.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
