About The Position

The Director of Brand Experience is responsible for shaping how the Shaw Contract brand comes to life across every customer touchpoint ensuring a consistent, differentiated, and meaningful experience that strengthens customer relationships and drives business growth. This role blends strategy, cross-functional leadership, and execution - connecting Brand, Creative, Digital, Customer Experience, Communications, Sales, and Segment teams to deliver a cohesive, customer-centric brand experience across physical and digital environments. This role is based in Cartersville, GA and works in a hybrid way with 3-5 days / week required in office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with 10+ years of progressive marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of direct leadership experience
  • Ability and willingness to work in a hybrid way at the Create Centre, Cartersville GA campus 3-5 days a week depending on the needs of the business, travel schedule and collaboration focus.
  • Ability and willingness for US travel up to 35%

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic brand experience strategy aligned with Shaw Contract’s growth priorities
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints including events, showrooms, communications, digital platforms, and partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen emotional connection, increase differentiation, and build customer loyalty
  • Align brand experience initiatives with enterprise brand and commercial strategies
  • Partner with Customer Experience and Insights teams to gather feedback, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Champion customer-centric thinking across the organization
  • Monitor customer sentiment, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform decisions
  • Ensure all brand experiences reflect the needs of key customer segments
  • Serve as a connector across Brand, Creative, Digital, Sales, Product, and Segment teams to ensure alignment and integrated execution.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Regional Vice Presidents to align brand experience with market strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships across functions to ensure cohesive messaging, storytelling, and brand delivery.
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management practices.
  • Lead and support external communications, thought leadership, and storytelling initiatives that elevate brand visibility and industry reputation.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content (physical and digital) that showcases Shaw Contract’s solutions and expertise.
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and impactful communication strategies across internal and external channels.
  • Leverage channels such as presentations, digital platforms, social media, and industry engagement to extend reach and influence.
  • Guide the strategy and execution of trade shows, showroom experiences, and key events to ensure they are meaningful, memorable, and differentiated.
  • Support the development and management of strategic partnerships that enhance brand experience and reach.
  • Ensure alignment between physical brand environments and overall brand storytelling.
  • Partner with Digital teams to ensure online journeys reflect and enhance the overall brand experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement across digital platforms, tools, and content.
  • Ensure consistency between digital and in-person experiences across the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure campaigns, environments, and content reflect the intended brand experience.
  • Integrate customer and market insights into creative development.
  • Partner with Segment leaders to tailor experiences that meet specific market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Identify and scale market opportunities in partnership with Sales and Segment leaders.
  • Develop and support tools, campaigns, and initiatives that enable sales effectiveness and business growth.
  • Monitor performance through key metrics, trends, and insights to continuously refine strategy
