As Phare OS and R1's intelligent product portfolio continue to grow, the brand needs a senior creative leader who can make complex ideas feel simple, credible, and impossible to ignore. Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Creative Director, the Director of Brand Experience will help shape how R1 shows up across campaigns, product launches, executive storytelling, events, digital experiences, sales enablement, and other high-value brand moments. This role blends creative direction, brand design leadership, storytelling strategy, team mentorship, and agency partnership. Program and project management support will help manage workflow and timelines. This role owns the creative standard.
