Lead a dedicated crisis services team and help expand access to life-changing behavioral health support in communities where it is needed most. Primarily Monday-Friday, with some evenings and weekends, as needed. The Director of Behavioral Health Crisis Center provides operational, clinical, and strategic leadership for an assigned Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered crisis services while fostering strong community partnerships, supporting staff development, and advancing access to behavioral healthcare across the region. The Director works collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen crisis response systems, improve outcomes, and support individuals on their path to wellness and recovery.
