About The Position
Realty World Curri Properties is seeking a high-energy leader to help recruit, develop, and support our growing team of real estate professionals. This is not an administrative position. You’ll focus on what matters most—building relationships, coaching agents, driving growth, and helping create an exceptional culture. You’ll have the support of a dedicated Office Administrator and full-time Social Media Director, allowing you to focus on leadership rather than day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Leadership, sales, recruiting, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Natural motivator who enjoys helping others succeed
Nice To Haves
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- No real estate license required
