About The Position

Johnson & Wilson Real Estate Company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Part-Time Agent Growth & Recruiting Consultant to help accelerate the growth of our brokerage through strategic agent recruiting, retention, and expansion initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding real estate professionals who align with the Johnson & Wilson vision and culture. The ideal candidate understands the real estate industry, can confidently discuss compensation structures, agent benefits, training programs, and career growth opportunities, and has the ability to build meaningful relationships with both new and experienced agents. This position plays a critical role in helping Johnson & Wilson expand its market presence, strengthen its agent community, and build future growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Real estate industry experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate agent culture and business models.
  • Experience in recruiting, business development, sales, relationship management, or agent growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable discussing commission structures, compensation plans, training, and agent benefits.
  • Proven ability to build trust and relationships with professionals.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Active or previous real estate license.
  • Experience recruiting agents for a brokerage.
  • Familiarity with DISC personality assessments.
  • Experience using CRM systems and recruiting software.
  • Experience in brokerage growth, expansion, or agent retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality real estate professionals.
  • Recruit and onboard: newly licensed agents, experienced producing agents, team leaders, and future market leaders for expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of recruiting prospects.
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls, networking events, social media, industry events, referrals, and recruiting campaigns.
  • Schedule and coordinate recruiting meetings with brokerage leadership.
  • Present the Johnson & Wilson value proposition to prospective agents.
  • Guide prospects through the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • Build strong relationships with agents before, during, and after onboarding.
  • Maintain regular communication with recruiting prospects and current agents.
  • Assist leadership with agent retention initiatives.
  • Gather feedback from agents regarding training, support, technology, and brokerage services.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve agent satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify potential future market leaders in targeted growth areas.
  • Research new market opportunities and recruiting targets.
  • Support future referral-agent and expansion initiatives.
  • Assist with evaluating strategic partnerships and future brokerage growth opportunities.
  • Track recruiting activity and pipeline metrics.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records and reporting.
  • Monitor recruiting goals and provide progress updates to leadership.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes with brokerage leadership and support staff.
  • Assist in developing recruiting materials, presentations, and growth campaigns.
