About The Position

Florida Best Quote Insurance Agency is seeking a proven insurance leader who understands that strong operations start with strong people. We’re looking for someone who can develop managers, create accountability, improve processes, and use performance data to help our teams succeed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of P&C insurance experience
• Significant experience in an independent insurance agency or brokerage
• 3+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing managers or multiple departments
• Strong understanding of insurance agency operations
• Experience using KPIs and data to manage performance
• Proven track record of developing people and improving processes
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to hold people accountable while effectively leading change

Nice To Haves

• Florida P&C experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop department managers and team leads
• Establish clear expectations and accountability
• Monitor KPIs, scorecards, and departmental performance
• Identify performance and operational issues and develop solutions
• Improve workflows, SOPs, training, and quality assurance
• Help managers become stronger, more effective leaders
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Collaborate with our Systems Director on automation and technology
• Lead operational initiatives across departments
• Help create consistency in how work gets done throughout the agency
