About The Position

Green Valley Rehabilitation Center, part of the Volare Health portfolio, is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Director of Admissions & Marketing to champion our census growth and elevate our presence in the community. This role is for individuals energized by building partnerships, guiding families through important healthcare decisions, and driving strategic growth. As Director of Admissions & Marketing, you are the face of our organization in the community and the trusted guide for families during critical transitions. Your work directly impacts resident care, team stability, and overall facility success.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in healthcare
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and medical terminology

Nice To Haves

• Degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Social Work, Marketing, or related field
• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care admissions

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions process from initial inquiry to move-in
• Serve as the primary liaison for residents and families
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Track, analyze, and report census data
• Develop relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and community partners
• Identify and pursue new referral opportunities
• Represent the facility at community and networking events
• Create and execute local marketing strategies
• Coordinate community outreach events
• Manage online presence and reputation
• Collaborate with corporate leadership on branding and messaging
• Align census goals with operational leadership
• Provide referral updates and forecasting
• Ensure staff readiness for incoming residents
