About The Position

This position is responsible for working with the Administrator of the facility they support to fill census by establishing and maintaining relationships within the community. This position will represent the Rennes brand within the communities we work. This position will provide assistance and support to the Marketing Department and facilities in the development and execution of marketing projects and admissions. Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Professionalism, accuracy, dependability and confidentiality are essential
• Strong organization skills, independent decision-making and work planning
• Highly driven while being flexible and adaptable to change
• Minimum 3 years working in healthcare field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relatable field or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in Nursing Home preferred

Responsibilities

• Fill census by establishing and maintaining relationships within the community.
• Represent the Rennes brand within the communities we work.
• Provide assistance and support to the Marketing Department and facilities in the development and execution of marketing projects and admissions.
• Be on call 24/7 for referral in-take calls.
