At FBH we have a variety of client services, including outpatient, inpatient, community outreach, crisis services, partnerships with schools, law enforcement and more. Our evidence-based, culturally appropriate, trauma informed behavioral health services address the diverse needs of those we serve. Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Administrative Services has senior-level responsibility for the operational success, coordination, and integration of assigned administrative and clinical support departments, programs, and projects. This position plays a key leadership role in providing direction and oversight for internal operations that support clinical service delivery, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant administrative infrastructure. The Director is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of systems and processes that meet strategic goals, support organizational culture, and are consistent with FBH’s Mission and Vision. The Director works collaboratively with executive leadership to support integrated care initiatives, operational alignment, and a population health approach, while fostering strong relationships with external partners including MCOs, SCRBHASO, and community stakeholders, as appropriate.
