About The Position

The Director of Nutrition Services plans, organizes, directs, and monitors all activities of the Food and Nutrition department in accordance with established rules, regulations, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Seven years of experience in food and/or nutrition within healthcare, education, dining, or a related field, including three years of leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Services Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Hotel and/or restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and monitor all activities of the Food and Nutrition department in accordance with established rules, regulations, procedures, and standards.
