The Director of Marketing will lead the planning and execution for key audience segments and growth initiatives. This role is responsible for developing integrated plans that drive fan growth, strengthen brand equity, and deepen community connection across priority audiences. The Director of Marketing focuses on multicultural marketing; targeted fan growth across youth, women, multicultural, and international audiences; and select brand, community, and retail initiatives. We’re looking for a strategic operator who combines strong creative thinking with exceptional planning, presentation, activation and recap skills, along with operational rigor and the ability to collaborate across functions.
