About The Position

The Director of Marketing Technology and Transformation is part of Early Warning’s Marketing Operations team and leads improvements to Marketing’s processes and supporting technology across its portfolio of brands, including Zelle, Paze, and Certos. The role owns Marketing’s technology roadmap and works across Marketing and with Technology, Data, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Sales Operations, and other partners to identify high-priority problems, recommend solutions, and guide those solutions from concept through implementation and adoption. This hands-on transformation leader finds opportunities to help Marketing work faster and more safely while increasing its impact. The Director takes a network-first approach to shared processes, platforms, automations, and responsible AI capabilities. The role ensures technology investments work together, address clear business needs, and can support multiple brands where appropriate. This includes deciding when to improve, integrate, build, buy, or retire technology, and when AI can increase Marketing’s capacity. The position also leads process redesign, transformation measurement, AI and automation initiatives, and vendor relationships. It supports Early Warning’s ambition to become an AI-native company by enabling responsible, scalable AI use in Marketing while meeting security, privacy, legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. The role follows a hybrid work model. The work takes place in a normal office environment and is primarily sedentary, with extensive computer use. The position is based in a listed pay location: Phoenix, Chicago, Washington, New York, or San Francisco. Candidates must be independently eligible to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Technology, and enterprise AI teams to move solutions from discovery and minimum viable capability through testing, release, adoption, and iteration while meeting security, privacy, and governance requirements.
  • Support Marketing’s contribution to Early Warning’s AI-native ambition by developing responsible, scalable AI enablement programs with internal and external partners and reusing enterprise capabilities and standards where possible.
  • Serve as Marketing’s lead for marketing technology and process transformation with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Identify and prioritize practical AI and automation uses that reduce manual work, improve quality, increase capacity, or improve decision-making; lead solutions from idea and testing through approval, implementation, adoption, and broader use.
