About The Position

The Director of Marketing Technology and Transformation is part of the Marketing Operations team and leads improvements to how Marketing works and to the technology supporting Early Warning’s portfolio of brands, including Zelle, Paze, and Certos. This hands-on transformation leader develops shared processes, platforms, automations, and responsible AI capabilities to improve delivery across Marketing. The role ensures technology investments work together, address clear business needs, and can support multiple brands where appropriate. It recommends when to improve, integrate, build, buy, or retire technology, and how AI can expand Marketing’s capacity. The position follows a hybrid work model. The normal office environment is primarily sedentary and involves extensive computer use. The role requires working with internal and/or external customers and may include occasional standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions and physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. Candidates must independently be eligible to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
