About The Position

The Director, Marketing Operations will lead the systems, data, and operations that turn demand into qualified sales conversations and help Marketing make better investment decisions. The role owns operations from lead capture through qualified meetings, with measurement extending through pipeline and closed revenue. In partnership with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, this leader will build the team and set the technical roadmap for a reliable, scalable funnel across enterprise sales and self-serve motions, including Brex and Capital One integrations. During the first year, the role will establish baselines and targets with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, and SDR leadership to improve meaningful follow-up, routing accuracy, qualified meetings, and meeting-to-opportunity conversion, while improving funnel data quality and campaign delivery speed. The position is based in a Brex hub in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Salt Lake City, or Vancouver. Brex uses a hybrid work environment and requires at least three coordinated office days per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday—with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
