About The Position

The Director, Marketing Operations leads the systems, data, and operations that convert demand into qualified sales conversations and support better marketing investment decisions. The role owns the operating funnel from lead capture through qualified meetings and extends measurement through pipeline and closed revenue. In partnership with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, the Director builds the team and sets the technical roadmap for a reliable, scalable funnel across enterprise sales and self-serve motions, including Brex and Capital One integrations. The first-year focus includes establishing baselines and targets with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, and SDR leadership to improve meaningful follow-up, routing accuracy, qualified meetings, meeting-to-opportunity conversion, funnel data quality, and campaign delivery speed. This role is based in a Brex hub in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Salt Lake City, or Vancouver. The work environment is hybrid, with at least three coordinated office days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and the option for up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
