About The Position

In partnership with the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, this leader will build the team and set the technical roadmap for a more reliable, scalable funnel supporting enterprise sales and self-serve motions, including Brex and Capital One integrations. In the first year, the role will establish baselines and targets with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, and SDR leadership to improve meaningful follow-up, routing accuracy, qualified meetings, and meeting-to-opportunity conversion, while building trusted funnel data and enabling faster campaign delivery. The role is based in a Brex hub in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Salt Lake City, or Vancouver. Brex operates a hybrid work environment, requiring at least three coordinated office days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
