About The Position

This is a growth-focused role centered on demand generation, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. Reporting directly to the Global VP, Strategy and CMO, you will help shape NQX's product strategy, develop growth initiatives, and support business development efforts. As a strategic, hands-on individual contributor, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to influence marketing priorities, drive pipeline growth, support revenue generation, and align marketing efforts with business objectives. Rather than managing a large team, you will focus on driving execution and delivering business results by leveraging NQX's established Marketing Centre of Excellence and collaborating with specialists across Digital Marketing, Brand & Creative, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Events and Tradeshows. Success in this role comes from your ability to develop strategy, align stakeholders, activate resources, and deliver measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Experience helping scale a business, launch new offerings, enter new markets, or support high-growth organizations through periods of transformation and expansion.
  • Proven ability to turn ideas into action and marketing strategies into measurable business results.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of increasing responsibility and business impact.
  • Proven experience developing positioning, go-to-market strategies, and growth-focused marketing programs.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, lead generation, analytics, and marketing automation.
  • Ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders and sales leaders.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work primarily from NQX's Head Office in Laval.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape NQX's go-to-market strategy and growth priorities.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify market opportunities, support business development efforts, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the commercialization of NQX's evolving customer experience, AI, and digital capabilities.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline opportunities and measurable business results.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives across digital, content, events, partnerships, and account-based marketing channels.
  • Measure, analyse, and optimize marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment.
  • Strengthen NQX's market positioning by refining our value proposition, messaging, and customer narratives.
  • Enable commercial success through sales tools, content, campaigns, and messaging that support prospecting, strategic pursuits, and business development.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Support executive visibility and thought leadership initiatives that elevate NQX's profile in the market.
  • Help strengthen NQX's reputation as a next-generation customer experience partner through content, events, industry engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Guide digital marketing initiatives, including website strategy, lead generation, SEO, paid media, and marketing analytics.
