About The Position
Leads communication strategies that prepare leaders and employees for organizational change by equipping managers with the information, tools, and resources needed to successfully lead through change. This role is 100% remote with up to 10% travel required as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Communications or related field required
- 7+ years internal, leadership, or change communications experience required

Responsibilities
- Develops leader communication and cascade strategies.
- Creates manager toolkits, talking points, FAQs, and communication resources.
- Develops readiness communication plans for enterprise initiatives.
- Partners with HR, Culture and transformation leaders to support organizational readiness.
- Designs listening strategies and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Monitors employee sentiment and recommend communication adjustments.
- Supports executive presentations and leadership messaging.
- Measures effectiveness of readiness communications.
- Ensures consistency across leader communications.
- Supports enterprise governance for change communications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
