Crossmedia is seeking a Director, Integrated Media Investment for a full-time temporary role through August, who will be benefits eligible. This role is responsible for delivering innovation and excellence in media investment, with oversight across various channels including Video/CTV, Display, Local TV/Audio, OOH/Print, Ad Ops, Programmatic, Search, and Social. The Director will also engage in the Enterprise Partnership Program (EPP) and serve as the Lead Agency Negotiator, client voice, and potential New Business lead. A key focus is leading the One Marketplace team, integrating direct buys, biddable, offline, and procurement to ensure a cohesive team and optimal media investment approach. The Director acts as the steward of the investment product, providing strategic leadership based on a deep understanding of client businesses, target consumers, and category dynamics. This requires expertise in comms strategy/planning, media planning, activation/stewardship, measurement, and performance analytics. Beyond core investment stewardship, the role involves training teams, supporting new agency processes, agency enterprise deals, and rolling out the integrated investment model. The position emphasizes reliability, ethical conduct, and operating in the best interest of Crossmedia and its clients. The Director will lead client relationships alongside account and cross-functional leadership, mentor team members, and find the best integrated media strategies for optimal pricing and performance. Developing internal processes to meet cross-channel investment needs, ensuring a quality product adhering to high standards, and owning the investment product with sound rationale are crucial. The role requires a full understanding of client businesses and challenges to align media KPIs with objectives, ensuring adherence to processes across all channels. Creating an overall strategic investment roadmap, media partnerships, learning agendas, and staying updated on marketplace offerings and new opportunities are also key. Maintaining strong partnerships with Planning and other departments, ensuring sound buys and cross-channel reporting, and generating personal satisfaction for clients, team, and the company are expected. The role also involves contributing to Crossmedia's culture, participating in training, recruitment, troubleshooting team concerns, and building esprit de corps.
