About The Position

The Director, Integrated Campaigns, Content & Lifecycle owns the campaign operating system that transforms company, product, market, and revenue priorities into coordinated programs that create and advance qualified pipeline. This role is responsible for campaign planning, prioritization, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, cross-functional execution, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth and marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in B2B integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and content strategy.
  • Exceptional project and program management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying journeys, audience segmentation, lead management, nurture strategies, and funnel conversion.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to analyze campaign, funnel, and revenue data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, content management, and project management platforms.
  • Sound business judgment and ability to balance competing priorities and resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in integrated campaigns, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business and revenue priorities into executable marketing plans.
  • Experience establishing campaign planning, prioritization, governance, and operational processes.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels including email, paid media, webinars, field marketing, web, sales enablement, and outbound programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations.

  • Prior people leadership experience or leadership of campaign, content, or lifecycle marketing functions is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, prioritization, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across strategic solutions, customer segments, regions, and revenue motions.
  • Serve as the accountable owner for campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external partners to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Own campaign intake, scoping, and prioritization processes across strategic business initiatives.
  • Translate company, product, sales, and market priorities into actionable campaign briefs.
  • Define campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, offers, content requirements, lifecycle plans, success metrics, and sales motions.
  • Maintain campaign roadmaps, launch calendars, and campaign backlogs.
  • Evaluate campaign requests and recommend prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Act as the accountable lead for campaign execution from planning through launch and optimization.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, approvals, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead campaign kickoffs, launch reviews, planning sessions, and post-campaign retrospectives.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Acquisition Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, Sales, Revenue Operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure campaigns launch with appropriate content, automation, routing, reporting, and quality assurance processes in place.
  • Define campaign content requirements aligned to target audiences, buyer journey stages, sales priorities, and business objectives.
  • Establish lifecycle marketing strategies including nurture, re-engagement, event follow-up, opportunity acceleration, and lead recycling programs.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies, messaging frameworks, and buyer journey touchpoints.
  • Identify content gaps and optimization opportunities through analysis of campaign performance, buyer behavior, and sales feedback.
  • Partner with content and channel teams to improve engagement, conversion, and buyer experience.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define lead routing, follow-up processes, service-level agreements, and feedback loops.
  • Establish campaign measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign, funnel, and revenue performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish campaign standards, planning methodologies, governance processes, and reporting practices.
  • Create and maintain a centralized source of truth for campaign priorities, ownership, timelines, and performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
