Leads the development and execution of business/consumer intelligence for The Wendy’s Company, including ongoing evolution and enhancement of the tools/capabilities that enable it. This role focuses on leveraging information – consumer, competitive, and industry – to drive actionable insights that optimize business performance and strategic decision-making. Influence spans the entirety of the Wendy’s system – from Senior Leadership Team, to Board of Directors, to Franchisees, to Suppliers, to agency partners, to internal partners (Marketing Leadership Team, Investor Relations, etc.). This is a high-visibility, high-impact role in defining where we are as a brand/business, where we want to go, and how we can get there.
