Director - Inpatient Services
About The Position
Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director - Inpatient Services has administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments. Responsibilities include management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient, physician and staff satisfaction, change management, and other relevant duties. The Director serves as part of the management team and Shared Governance Model, promoting PHC’s mission, vision, and values and Nursing Professional Practice. The role embraces a person-centered philosophy, promotes patient- and family-centered services across the continuum, and enhances value-driven outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Seven years of nursing experience, including three years of progressive management experience.
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
