About The Position
As an HR Director – BA ISC Global Operations at Honeywell, you will provide HR Business Partner support to the BA ISC Global Operations organization. This critical and influential individual contributor role involves shaping HR Strategy, driving and executing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. You will report to the VP, HR ISC, Fin, CX and work from the Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance and support to HR and other stakeholders, leveraging HRIS capabilities to drive operational efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and propel the business forward. You will partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR Business Partner support to the BA ISC Global Operations organization
- Shape the HR Strategy
- Drive and execute HR initiatives, aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Drive HRBP support with hands-on involvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide strategic guidance and support to HR and other stakeholders, leveraging HRIS capabilities to drive operational efficiency, enhance the employee experience, and propel the business forward
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on support to the HR function
- Partner with senior leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs that foster a positive work environment, drive employee engagement, and support the growth and success of the organization
