About The Position

The Director, Housing and Resilience Programs leads two ULI Impact Lab flagship grant-funded programs, representing more than $2 million in work: the Northeast Offsite Construction Collaborative, which works with Northeast states and the Center for Public Enterprise to standardize offsite construction processes and costs and support housing production; and Resilience+, a two-year, three-market initiative to develop and test protocols for incorporating climate resilience, sustainability, and insurability into affordable multifamily housing production and preservation. The position is part of the Impact Lab’s Market Transformation team and reports to the Vice President, Market Transformation.
