Requirements

Growth marketing background — Deep in performance and/or partner channels. Knows what levers actually move CAC at scale.
Commercial fluency — Speaks in ROAS, LTV, payback period. Owns the number, doesn't borrow it.
Team builder — Has hired and developed channel and demand gen talent. Raises the floor, not just the ceiling.
Multi-brand experience — Managed channel strategy across multiple products or brands simultaneously. Knows how to prioritize.

Responsibilities

Own the channel mix across partner and digital — setting investment priorities, performance targets, and GTM playbooks per channel.
Manage and develop a Channel PMM and two Demand Gen managers. Translate IVP messaging into channel-native execution.
Own CAC and ROAS targets across the pillar. Report progress in business reviews with confidence and clarity.
Ensure partner channels have the tools, messaging, and incentives to sell the integrated value prop effectively.
