About The Position

NetSuite's Growth & Digital function is being built for how B2B marketing actually works now — a small, high-caliber team with AI-augmented workflows, clear pipeline accountability, and a mandate to get more out of a focused investment than others get out of a bloated one. The Director will report directly to the GVP of Marketing, and partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales. This role owns the function from day one — with full authority over strategy, team, tools, and budget — and is expected to move fast. The ideal candidate thinks in outcomes, not activities, and is a builder who is also a manager, comfortable rolling up their sleeves while developing their team. This role runs toward ambiguity rather than waiting for perfect information and values AI-assisted marketing workflows. The candidate can hold their own in a conversation with Sales leadership about pipeline health, deal velocity, and where marketing is and isn't contributing. Requirements

  • 7–12 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience building or running a lean, high-output digital marketing team.
  • Proven record of owning pipeline targets.
  • Hands-on familiarity with the modern martech stack: marketing automation, paid platforms, ABM tools, attribution.
  • Experience at a SaaS company with a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle (ERP, CRM, or similarly considered purchase preferred).
  • Think in outcomes, not activities.

Responsibilities
