NetSuite's Growth & Digital function is being built for how B2B marketing actually works now — a small, high-caliber team with AI-augmented workflows, clear pipeline accountability, and a mandate to get more out of a focused investment than others get out of a bloated one. The Director will report directly to the GVP of Marketing, and partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales. This role owns the function from day one — with full authority over strategy, team, tools, and budget — and is expected to move fast. The ideal candidate thinks in outcomes, not activities, and is a builder who is also a manager, comfortable rolling up their sleeves while developing their team. This role runs toward ambiguity rather than waiting for perfect information and values AI-assisted marketing workflows. The candidate can hold their own in a conversation with Sales leadership about pipeline health, deal velocity, and where marketing is and isn't contributing.
